[GRASS5] GRASS 5.7: g.remove bug

If you use v.external to connect to a shape file, then remove the shape
file it no longer works. That's ok.

When you try to remove the zombie vector file with 'g.remove vect=foo'
it says:

REMOVE [foo]
ERROR: Cannot open layer 'foo_shp'


and it doesn't remove anything....
