[GRASS5] Problems with site data imported using v.in.ascii in G57

I finally got GRASS57 recompiled with latest and greatest and I no 
longer have the problem. Also I am able to run v.surf.idw and 
v.surf.rst on the sites file I generated.

It would be nice if v.surf.idw could take a named attribute for the z 
values like v.surf.rst does (zcol).
