I've commited fixes for these three.

> v.in.dxf3d.sh

The module file is correct for v.in.dxf3d; I'm not sure whether the
module should be running v.in.dxf3d instead of v.in.dxf3d.sh, or
whether the syntax should be changed to match v.in.dxf3d.sh.
