[GRASS5] [bug #2719] (grass) .grassrc57 syntax

grass5.7.cvs-i686-pc-linux-gnu-24_11_2004/docs/html/variables.html:

   To permanently predefine GRASS variables the user may specify the
   variable(s) in the .grassrc57 file.

OK, but also mention the syntax of that file and how to comment things out.
Also mention if it is really just the user writing to that file, or
are there other things writing to that file.
