[GRASS5] [bug #2884] (grass) "You will receive mail when i.rectify is complete"

Perhaps adjust i.rectify to allow less quaint ways, e.g. just running
in the foreground instead.

Also, if making mail, don't put the Subject into the body instead of
the header, and say "succeeded" or "failed" in the Subject too.
