[GRASS5] [bug #4052] (grass) gis.m: d.vect.thematic legend window interferes with map window

This is not what I experience. As you can see in what I wrote below, when
I uncheck (i.e. turn off) the graphic legend option, I still get a
traditional x monitor which opens and which I have to close in order to be
able to see the map.
