Lorenzo,

some functions were moved from libgis to libsites.

Can you add
$(SITESLIB) to the EXTRA_LIBS line in 
lib/rst/interp_float/Makefile
after $(VECTLIB)

? this should cure the problem.

I have updated it in CVS.
