[GRASS5] [bug #4021] (grass) error compiling r.le.setup in cvs

Maciek, Stefano,
I have changed the INSTALL file (also for 6.0.2) from
-O3 to -O2.
Thanks for pointing out the problem. I think we can close
the report now.
