[GRASS-dev] gis.m: cannot get profile from profile tool

Hello,

Before I file a bug, I want to make sure I am not doing something wrong:
I am trying to use the profiling tool in gis.m, but only get a straight
line.

d.profile works as you can see here:

but the gis.m profiling tool only gives me this:

http://moritz.homelinux.org/grass/gism_profile.png

Anything I need to do differently ?
