[GRASS5] [bug #4156] (grass) Errors in r.walk

Subject: Errors in r.walk

Platform: GNU/Linux/x86
grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources

I get errors when trying to run r.walk

If I set the starting points (coodinates = x,y) I get the next error:

WARNING: segment_pagein: short count during read()
WARNING: segment_pagein: short count during read()
WARNING: segment_pagein: short count during read()
ERROR: Raster output map out_walk - not found (no start_points given)

I know the pagein bug, but the command demands the use of vector points in order to do its operations instead of given coordinates. Nevertheless, if I try to introduce a vector points layer as "start_points", I get another error:

Walking costs are a=0.720000 b=6.000000 c=1.999800 d=-1.999800
Lambda is 2.000000
Slope_factor is -0.212500
Nseg is 4
Null cells excluded from cost evaluation.
ERROR: Can't find starting vector archsites

R.walk does not recognise existing "archsites" vector.

Any sugestions? Thanks
