[GRASS5] 100% cpu mouse bug

d.what.vect (with an without -e) is fixed for me. Great.

v.digit still goes to 100% when I open the settings page or deselect a
tool with the right mouse button.


Almost there... once done & well tested should this be backported to
the 6.0.x line or are the changes too invasive?
