Subject: v.what.vect: wrong option description

grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 2006.10.07

v.what.vect's option that reads:

"layer=integer Layer where to add column"

should rather read:

"layer=integer Layer where to upload query results"

because v.what.vect doesn't add columns - the manual reads: "The upload column into which the query results are stored must be present in the vector point map or added with v.db.addcol."
