[GRASS-dev] --v/q issues

Hi,

just a reminder, "-q" and "-v" flags should not be removed in GRASS 6.x!

This will break many people's scripts (especially "-q"). Instead it
should issue a warning that the flag has been replaced and will be
removed in future (GRASS 7.x) and assert GRASS_VERBOSE=x as if --q or
--v was given. You should rip out all the -q code and let --q do the
work, but leave the flag in place (in a way that makes for easy removal
later).

GRASS 6.x needs to be backwards compatible with GRASS 6.0.
