[GRASS-dev] r.dn2ref.l7 and r.dn2ref.ast: conver DN into radiance/reflectance for Landsat 7 and Aster

Hi list,

r.dn2ref are converting Aster and Landsat 7 DN into radiance or reflectance.

r.dn2ref.l7 r.dn2ref.ast create top of atmosphere reflectance for
Landsat 7ETM+ and ASTER. These modules also have a flag for radiance
output.

as usual, it has bugs and tests are welcome, i will modify on peoples comments.
