[GRASS-DEV] In wxgrass File menu import vector calls v.out.ogr

I just fixed this (I hope) throughout the menu. I tried to make it compact
and regular, but forgot that each menu item needs to be unique in order for
wxPython to find the command associated with the menu item. So I've tried to
differentiate each item with a little more text.
