[GRASS-dev] percente complete in v.surf.rst

Just a quick one: in the output dialog of v.surf.rst, the "percent complete"
bar is above all the text, so usually one can't see it, unless resize the
output window (just scrolling won't work, because at each refresh, it
scrolls back), so can it be relocated to appear at the bottom?
