 I notice that in GRASS 6.4+ v.delaunay is now v.delauany2. Perhaps a
 change was made at some time after April 2008 that replaced v.delaunay
 (working on Mac) with v.delaunany2 (not working on Mac). In that case, it
 seems like a good start to see what was changed.
