[GRASS-dev] New GRASS module (shell script)

Dear Juergen,

best is to host the script somewhere and link it on the Addons page in the
Wiki. If you plan to maintain it, it could be hosted in the GRASS Addons-SVN,
otherwise elsewhere on your server.

A curiosity: why do you need to resample? Shouldn't it maintain the
original data?
