[GRASS-dev] compile gdal with grass

Ok thanks for info, Bas, and sorry for the Ubuntu noise. I'll get in
touch with the ubuntuGIS list then, I'd be happy to build packages at
least for the new Ubuntu LTS 14.04 although I'm a packaging newbie.
