[GRASS translations] Spanish translation

Hello everybody:

I am new at GRASS translation. I have translated some more messages from
Spanish "po" files and I have two questions about the way to accomplish
final translation.

Is someone already working on them in order to coordinate ourselves?

How can I send the translated files?
