[GRASS translations] translator

I think it might be better if i start a new translation from scratch, because
some expressions are different and some words are written differently, but
of course i will compare my translation with the pt-br existing one.
I suppose i should begin with the
http://grass.itc.it/grass63/binary/linux/snapshot/ version, am i right? I
think i will be able to follow the instructions from
http://grass.itc.it/devel/i18n.php but i will ask for help if any thing
comes up.
How will i submit my translation? And is there some schedule to release
GRASS 6.3?
