Regarding the difference between clark 66 and clark 88; there will definatly
be a differance between the two projections! The difference will be on the
order of a few hundred feet on both the x and y axis. I have also had problems
with some programs not having the correct projection. This is especially true
with the SCS MAPGEN interface.
