Groundwater Models

We are investigating some groundwater modelling interfaces with 
GRASS and AutoCad.  We want to use 3 dimensional standard available
models and are probably going to choose between 
MODFLOW and INTERSAT.  

If anyone has any opinions/experience/information with groundwater
models and GRASS I'd appreciate hearing from you directly.
