i.cluster and the minimum class separation parameter

Has anyone else run into a difficulty setting the initial class separation 
parameter in i.cluster?  This is the first time I have run this program since 
we were updated to V.4.1.  

The line for minimum class separation will not take a decimal eg. 0.7
it initially appeared that it was possible to enter whole numbers, however
even when set to a whole number (1) the report shows that this parameter was
set to 0.

It used to work, anyone have any ideas?
