Information on Buoy data?

I am looking for buoys and tide guages between

66d41'11.261"W	43d1'7.08"N      Northwest Corner
69d31'5.718"W	44d35'40.235"N   Southeast Corner

I believe there are about three such buoys and
guages.  The data I am searching for is for the 
past ten years.

If you can help, it would be appreciated.
