v.in.ascii

When I use v.in.ascii and use lat/lon cordinates I always have my lat/lon cordinates
in only degrees instead of deg:min:sec.  I convert my utm cordinates into this format
by using the -d flag in m.u2ll.  I do not know for sure if v.in.ascii will take
the format of deg:min:sec.
