Thanks for responses about r.mapcalc

	Many thanks to Ronnie Lassche and Martijn van Leusen
for their responses to my question on r.mapcalc -- I will try
their suggestions of using r.infer or writing a script to do
the category multiplication that I couldn't get r.mapcalc to do.

	Still, I'm a little disappointed that the problem wasn't
my misunderstanding of how to write a proper r.mapcalc expression.
It's seems that GRASS should be able to input and output numeric 
category labels without thinking too hard.
