GRASS support

hello again,

i have been trying to install GRASS from  the source code and am running into 
difficulties in running d.mon and getting access to the spearhead database
, for some reason :|

so we are wandering, is there any company/agency which offers technical support
in GRASS system administration and use in the Toronto, Ontario area, which we
could contact.????

i have managed to take the installation to a point which makes me the office
specialist, but that is not far enough, and would appreciate any help given
:)
