Implementation of DRASTIC in GRASS

Several have done this. Two that come to mind are:
 Mary Leigh Wolfe (Virginia Tech Univ, done while at Texas A&M)
 Brian Cooper, cooperb at ecn.purdue.edu (Purdue Univ)
As best I remember, DRASTIC is just an index computed
by weighting several layers---something done very easily
in r.mapcalc.
