Extracting smaller raster images

	... Why extracting a small region from a large one ? I think there is
	only two good reasons :

	.1. You want to delete your large datas
	    (in this case, define your region, then use simply g.copy)

	.2. (or) you want to resample your data

	In all other cases, If you just want to work on a small region ... 
	the region definition is usefull for that, all the work you'll do 
	on your data will be calculated just inside your current region.
