Hi Grassusers:

A short question.  Has anyone worked with GRASS and the State Plane
System.  We are trying to import dxf files that were created with
State Plane.  When overlaying the data on orthos or other existing data
the dxf has shifted several thousand feet to the East.  The north/south
orientation is correct.  Is there a problem with v.import and State Plane?
Any suggestions?
