Bug found in ps.select (fix posted to moon)

Hello all

I recently found a bug in the ps.select command which concerned an
uninitialized string which could cause ps.select to report an error and quit
while parsing the command line.

I have just posted a fix for this bug to the incoming directory on moon and I
assume that the fix will soon appear in the pub/outgoing/Paint directory in the
file ps.select.bugFix.tar.gz. The tar file contains a readme file with
instructions for installing the fix. If I missed something in the instructions,
please let me know and I will fix the problem.

I also have submitted a request to Bill Brown (our GRASS FAQ keeper) to add the
bug and the fix to the FAQ.

Thank you for your time.
