HDFs

Thanks to Ion, Bruce and Markus regarding r.in.tiff

I think that HDF is a very important format and suggest
that, even with the present limitations, be included
in the next binary beta.

Note that r.in.* and v.in.* programs
are very important for people approaching Grass
(or any other GIS) by the first time. Actually,
an easy (or at least feasible) way to import files
is often critical to select a package.
