GRASS user categories?

I agree with Rich on the fact that the list
should have more "thematic" messages. Depending on the
traffic and subjects, we could think on having more than one
list (as we used to). 

Perhaps we should start by sending a short description of
our work? We also could send the abstracts of papers that could be 
sent (even for pre-reviewing) to those asking for it.
