Dear GRASS community,

the new GRASS/PostgreSQL interface is
available in CVS repository.

The location in source code is:
src.garden/grass.postgresql/

For those being interested in starting with PostgreSQL and
GRASS may try our small "tutorial":

http://www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/projects/postgresqlgrass/first-steps.txt

This text shall be improved (you are invited to improve it!).

NVIZ is also updated again in CVS. Alex Shevlakov added in
"WHAT's here?" menu PostgreSQL support for attribute queries.

We are grateful to Alex Shevlakov <sixote at yahoo.com> for
his big job on updating the old PostgreSQL interface!

It is working pretty well!

Kind regards

  Markus Neteler
