nviz2.2 question

Hello everyone,

I just installed grass5b6 with no problems...everythings works fine,
except nviz2.2. When I enter nviz2.2 on the grass command line I get the
following error message:

    ERROR: unable to run
/usr/local/grass-5.0b6/etc/bin/contrib/cmd/nviz2.2

I have a feeling it has something to do with the Mesa files...I
installed a Mesa3.1 RPMS file from the www.mesa3d.org website. The RPMS
file installed a couple of library files called libGL.so.1.2.0 and
libGLU.so.1.2.0. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix this.
