[GRASSLIST:5650] interpolation problem with rst

Hello all,
 

 
I'm trying to make a lineament density map,
 
interpolating a sites map with rst. Problem is that
 
input sites map has values ranging from 0 to 6.
 
the result map has values from -0.4 to 5.8.
 
already tried to increase tension, and the best I get was 
 
values from -0.2 t0 5.8. Shouldn't this be 0 to 5.8
 
independent of the tension?
