[GRASSLIST:173] Cygwin installation problems

Hi all,

My Cygwin GRASS 5.0.2 Xfree distribution does not want to strat.
It complains about the following error.

$ grass5
Cleaning up temporary files.....
Satarting GRASS ...
mv: cannot create regular file '/home/ik/.grassrc5': Permission denied
ERROR: LOCATION_NAME not set

$ startxwin.bat
# Xfree86 loads appearently without errors
$ grass5 -tcltk
Cleaning up temporary files.....
Satarting GRASS ...
ERROR: LOCATION_NAME not set
Error in Tcl/Tk startup. If necessary, please
report this error to the Grass developers.
Switching to text mode now.
Hit RETURN to continue...

and in a window box:
couldn't read file "usr/local/grass5/tltkgrass/script/gis_set.tcl": no such 
file or directory
Even thogh I checked and there is such a file.

After I hit RETURN the following box appeared:
This application has failed to start beacause cygncurses7.dll was not found. 
Re-installig the application may fix this problem.
I reinstalled the application (Cygwin and GRASS) with no success.
In the /bin folder there are cygncurses5.dll and cygncurses6.dll.
My Cygwin distribution is arround 1/2 year old. Should I upgrade? Which 
packages?
