ps.map can do this for you, see the geogrid option in the 5.7 user manual:
http://grass.itc.it/grass57/manuals/html57_user/ps.map.html

If you hate writing ps.map mapping instructions, all you need at a minimum
is to complete the raster and geogrid options.

Subject: [GRASSLIST:5189] layout

hi all,
i was trying to get a grid in the coordinates system
with d.grid but the units are not displayed in the
monitor...is there a another way to do this?
all i want is export the display as a png file (or
another) to create a complete layout in another
software...(well, ps.map is very hard...)
if there is another easier way...any hint?
thanks
samuel
