[GRASSLIST:3714] small notice on schema support

Hello,

great work on schema support, there is just a little notice:  if I want to 
delete an old schema I have to write:

v.database driver=dbf database=<mydatabase> schema=

If I don't write "schema=" leaving blank after the "=" it keeps the old 
schema.
 
Same thing in the tcltk... meaning that to delete an old schema using tcltk 
you have to type a blank space in the "Database schema" input field .
