[GRASSLIST:7837] raster conversion problem

Dear,
a long time ago...(> 10 years) I was an intensive GRASS user.
Unhappily, I have now no access to an unix/linux machine with GRASS.

I want now to convert the two attached GRASS (4.2) packed binary integer 
raster files to ascii grids. Could somebody help me? Or is there 
somewhere a tool to do this in windows?
