Ravi,

rast2vect runs fine in GRASS 6.

However, this is not an autotrace program. It changes raster areas to vector
areas, raster points to vector points, or raster lines to vector lines.

Rast 2 Vect, not supported in GRASS5.7?, am I supposed to go to other free
software for this.
But in GRASS5.0, this was a fair game??
