Hi Martin,

as Tyler says: What about r.out.gdal?

Be warned to not forget that ESRI software apparently has limited
GeoTIFF capabilities. To succeed, you have to change the default
band interleave to pixel interleave (we found out, the ESRI hotline
didn't :-).
