[GRASSLIST:7022] VMAP to SHAPE

Dear list,

I'm working to convert VMAP0 to shape files with ogr2ogr to import to
grass or other GIS softwares as refer to following link.

On the one region, v0noa, I couldn't get expected result on some files
listed below.

Seeing related tables of above files contains nothing while I got no
errors converting with ogr2ogr.

Are there any differencies between v0noa and other 3 regions ?
What I realized is that some directories in v0noa are capital alphabet.
Is this the problem ?

Someone who sucessfully converted this region, please give me an advise.
