With al vebtors, rather on two different machines, both running Debian.
May be same setup in all respect :-(

cannot open old vector v3 at hsrai on level 2

v.build correct above mentioned problem. But on v.digit, it gave
"segmentaion fault" and on v.info again give same error of "cannot open
old vector v3 at hsrai on level 2".
