What does it mean when it sais

Fallo de segmentación (core dumped)

once I run the v.digit command it makes a new map and then it shows this
mistake   please if some one could help me!..

i also tried to use r.to.vect but  i got this message

r.to.vect
WARNING: coor files of vector 'rasttovect at destimap' is larger than it
         should be (14 bytes excess).
WARNING: Cannot display areas, topology not available
