Apologies for the off-topic and for cross-posting.

I used in my work coastlines from the VMap0 data base. Are there any
license issues or not? I would like to be 100% before doing something
wrong. In wikipedia [1] it is stated:
---
The VMAP0 download page (4) states:

Internal data reference to the CD-ROM being "LIMITED
        DISTRIBUTION" should be ignored.

However, all is not quite what it seems. There is a 'readme1.txt' file
located in the v0eur, v0sas, and v0soa directories. This file contains
information saying that layers: Boundaries Coverage and the Reference
Library, contain the intellectual property of Environmental Systems
Research Institute.

If these copyrighted layers are not used there is no violation of any
copyrights.
---

Now I read in the readme1.txt file the following:
***
GRANT OF LICENSE

ESRI grants to Licensee a personal and nonexclusive license to
use, copy, reproduce, prepared derivative works, redistribute, and
retransmit the Data for any internal or noncommercial purposes so long
as the metadata and license agreement files accompany any
redistribution
of the Data in digital format.
***

There is no problem if I use this on a non-commercial work, right?
