[GRASS-user] New WinGrass release (6.4.0svn) - Rev.40049

A new version of the native WinGrass installer (not OSGeo4W or Cygwin) has been posted 
on the GRASS download page.

This release is based on GRASS 6.4.0svn (r40049) and has updated dependencies as well as GRASS updates:

	- NVIZ for TclTk running from the wxPython menu:

	- Added TclTk v.digit to menu so that Windows users have access to digitization:
