[GRASS-user] where is r.clim?

Please help...

I recently found a proceedings paper:

and have been searching for the package since. I cannot seem to find  
this on-line, and could not find contact information for the author  
(my email was rejected). I checked out the svn head and could not find  
this either.

Does anyone know what happened to this package? Any information would  
be helpful.
