[GRASS-user] making fcell raster maps using climate data

Hi Bulent,

My first idea - but I may be biased as I come from the R world - would
be to make the imports steps of your data from R. R has a XLS
reader(but I usually find it safer to first export your spreadsheet to
a CSV file).
